brri4dPrivacy Policy

This page describes what we collect when you use brri4d and how we keep that data protected. We at brri4d take privacy seriously because your personal information — from your email address to your KYC Verification documents — is central to how our platform operates. This policy covers what data we collect during registration, account use, and withdrawal requests; how we store and encrypt that data; who has access to it; and what rights you have to view, update, or delete your information.

Our privacy practices apply to all brri4d users across all jurisdictions where we operate. Regardless of whether you access brri4d on Android, iOS, or desktop, whether you deposit via DANA or e-wallet Virtual Account, or whether you withdraw from Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, or Medan, the same data-protection standards apply. We don't sell your data to advertisers, we don't share it with unrelated third parties, and we don't use it for purposes you haven't explicitly agreed to.

If you have questions about how we handle your data, or if you want to request access to your personal information, contact our support team through the Help section or via in-app chat. We respond to data-access requests within standard business timeframes.

What Data We Collect on brri4d

Registration and account information

When you create a brri4d account, we collect your full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. These details are required for account verification and compliance with anti-money-laundering regulations. We also collect your password (encrypted, never stored in plain text) and your preferred language and timezone settings. All of this information is encrypted in transit and at rest on our servers.

We verify your email and phone number by sending confirmation codes. This step ensures you control the account — no one else can register using your email or phone number without your knowledge. Once confirmed, we use your email and phone number only for account recovery, security alerts, and service notifications (e.g., "Your withdrawal was processed").

KYC Verification documents

For withdrawals and certain game categories, we ask for additional documents: a government-issued ID (passport, driver's license, or national ID), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement), and a selfie. These documents are encrypted and stored separately from your account login credentials. Only our compliance and verification team can access them — never our customer-support staff, never game developers, and never third-party advertisers.

We retain KYC documents for as long as your account is active, plus a legal retention period for compliance. If you close your account, you can request deletion of your documents after the retention window expires. We'll confirm deletion in writing via your registered email.

Payment and transaction data

Every time you deposit or withdraw via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or virtual accounts (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet), we record the transaction. This includes the date, time, amount, payment method, and outcome (successful, pending, or failed). We keep this data to audit your account history, prevent fraud, and comply with financial regulations.

We never store your full credit-card numbers or bank-account numbers on our servers. Payment processors (e.g., your bank or e-wallet provider) handle that data directly — we only receive a confirmation that a transaction succeeded. If you need to review a transaction, you can check your Payment History on brri4d anytime.

Data we don't collect

We don't collect or store your biometric data (fingerprints, iris scans) unless you explicitly enable biometric login on your device. We don't track your location via GPS unless you grant permission. We don't record your conversations unless you use in-app support chat, in which case we keep chat logs for support and dispute resolution.

Game activity and balance data

Every game you play on brri4d — whether it's football markets, live-dealer tables, slots, or Bingo — is logged in your account. We record your stake, the game outcome, your win or loss, and your updated balance. This data serves three purposes: (1) to let you review your game history anytime, (2) to detect fraud or unusual patterns (e.g., account compromise), and (3) to comply with gaming regulations in your jurisdiction.

We don't use your game history for targeted advertising. We don't sell it to data brokers. We may use anonymized, aggregated game data (e.g., "non-specific info of users in our platform play slots") for internal analytics, but nothing that identifies you personally.

Technical data and cookies

When you access brri4d on your phone or desktop, we collect technical data: your device type (Android phone, iOS device, Windows PC), your app version or browser type, your IP address (used to detect unusual login locations), and timestamps of your logins and logouts. We use cookies (small files stored on your device) to remember your login session so you don't have to re-authenticate every time you open brri4d.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may limit brri4d's functionality (you'll be logged out more frequently, and some features may not work). On mobile, the brri4d app manages its own session tokens — you don't need to enable cookies to use the app.

Session token
A unique identifier brri4d issues after you log in. It expires after a period of inactivity (typically subject to verification) for security.
IP address logging
We log your IP to detect account compromise. If you log in from an unusual location (e.g., a different country suddenly), we flag it and may require additional verification.
Device fingerprinting
We may collect non-personally-identifiable device attributes (screen resolution, browser version) to identify suspicious patterns, but not to track individuals across websites.

How We Use Your Data and Who We Share It With

Our primary use of your data

We use your data solely to operate brri4d and provide the services you've requested. This means: (1) storing your account credentials securely so only you can log in, (2) processing your deposits and withdrawals, (3) detecting and preventing fraud, (4) complying with legal and regulatory requirements, (5) responding to support requests, and (6) sending you transactional emails (withdrawal confirmations, KYC status updates).

We don't send unsolicited marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in. We don't sell your email address to spammers. We don't use your data to build profiles for credit bureaus or to sell to insurance companies.

Third-party processors and service providers

We use third-party services to run brri4d effectively. These include payment processors (who handle e-wallet and virtual-account transfers), cloud-hosting providers (who store our servers), email services (who send you account notifications), and KYC verification vendors (who automate identity verification). These third parties are bound by data-protection agreements — they can only use your data to provide their services, not for their own marketing or other purposes.

Some of our service providers may sit outside your jurisdiction (e.g., cloud servers in Singapore or the United States). Your data crosses borders during normal operation, but it remains encrypted and protected by the same privacy standards we uphold.

Law enforcement and legal disclosure

We disclose your data to law enforcement or government agencies only when legally required — by court order, subpoena, or regulatory investigation. We don't voluntarily share your data with authorities. If we receive a legal request, we'll notify you whenever possible, unless a gag order prevents us from doing so.

We may also disclose data if we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to prevent fraud, protect someone's safety, or defend our own legal rights.

Your rights on brri4d

You have the right to request access to all personal data we hold on your account. Go to Account Settings > Data Requests and submit a form. We'll send you a copy of your data (encrypted, via email) within a standard business timeframe.

You can also request correction or deletion of your data. If you identify inaccurate information (e.g., your address is wrong), we'll correct it. If you request account deletion, we'll deactivate your account and delete personal data after any legal retention period expires (typically a few months). Some data may be retained for tax or compliance purposes, but we'll notify you of what and why.

You can object to certain data uses — for example, asking us not to use your game history for analytics. We'll honor most objections, though some data uses are required by law (e.g., fraud detection, KYC compliance).

Data security and encryption

All data transmitted between your phone and brri4d's servers is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. This means your password, account balance, and transaction details are unreadable to outsiders. Data stored on our servers is also encrypted — even if someone gained unauthorized access to our database, they couldn't read your personal information without decryption keys.

We run regular security audits, monitor for intrusions, and maintain backup systems to prevent data loss. If a security breach occurs, we'll notify you immediately and take steps to mitigate harm.

Policy changes and contact

We may update this privacy policy to reflect changes in our practice or legal requirements. We'll notify you of material changes via email and update the policy date on this page. Your continued use of brri4d after a policy update means you accept the new terms.

If you have privacy concerns, contact our Data Protection Officer via in-app support or email. We respond to all inquiries within a standard business timeframe. You can also reach out to your regional data-protection authority if you believe we've violated your privacy rights.
